Hi All,
I am well along the road to recovery after release from the Hospital on August 8. It is great to be walking again even with my trusty cane. Next week I will be going solo. See you all in October for breakfast.

Motorcycle Accident

Hi Dan:

I don't have any e-mail addresses for the R&D breakfast club.  They may or may not know that Hank Averink was in a motorcycle accident in late July just north of Guelph.  He suffered a broken pelvis, several broken ribs, a punctured lung and head injuries.  He has been transferred from the Hamilton General to Grimsby.  No doubt the road to recovery and rehab will be long.
